This first photo is of me (left), my grandmother Virginia (whose fruit bowl I discussed in my meditation), my grandfather Marvin, and my older sister Ann (who played the fruit-selecting game with me). This picture was taken in Indiana in the summer of 1970, around the time we played the fruit game. I was 6, and my sister was 9.
