Psalm 46:10 - Be still and know that I am God. The phrase "be still" uses a Hebrew term which can be rendered as "relax," "let go," or "stop." It implies an act of surrender—a release of striving. It sounds so simplistic and counterintuitive to all we've been taught about solving our problems, but I can tell you that, from my experience, God really can handle all fears.
