JasonDDDD, I am praying for your peace and comfort and restful, good sleep. Praying that whatever is causing the anxiety when you wake up and your heart races will cease now. In Jesus Name. Amen. Whenever I wake up in that state I take long deep breaths, pray Scripture which promises me peaceful sleep; and soon I am in a calmer state, and able to sleep. Praying this will help you. 🙏
