Annie120269, I struggle with insomnia, too. I've even been put on prescription medication for it before. When I was a child, my grandmother told me to recite scriptures or sign hymns in my head to occupy my mind so I wouldn't be quite so aware that I was still awake. Eventually, my brain would slow down enough for me to sleep. I pray that God would settle your body and mind that you can finally rest. May the Good Lord bless and keep you. Amen.
