Dear Petunia-sgt, I pray that Father God and Lord Jesus will bless you with inner peace and that your negative thoughts will subside. Keep your focus on your Christian walk, and put Father God and Lord Jesus at the forefront of your life, not this world. Think about your blessings each day, such as your health, family, friends, shelter, job, and so on. Also, meditate on 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Petunia-sgt, I encourage you to replace every negative thought with a positive thought about how you are loved by Father God and Lord Jesus. Petunia-sgt, I don't know whether you have a personal, trusting relationship with Lord Jesus, but if you don't, develop a relationship with him. Talk to Lord Jesus daily as you would to a dear, trusted friend. He surely welcomes our fellowship. You also might want to listen to the hymn, "Just a little talk with Jesus," on Youtube. I also pray that you will surround yourself with fellow Christians who are loving and supportive, and who will listen to your concerns. May all go well. In Jesus's name, I pray.
