Heavenly Father, I lift this precious 15-year-old girl up to You and ask You to protect her life. In this moment of overwhelming pain and hopelessness, please surround her with Your presence and help her hold on. Quiet the thoughts telling her that death is the answer, and replace them with hope, peace, and the desire to live. Remind her that her life is precious, that she is deeply loved, and that the darkness she feels today does not have to determine her tomorrow. Father, please place caring and trustworthy people around her who will recognize the seriousness of what she is experiencing and keep her safe. Guide her parents, family, doctors, counselors, and everyone helping her with wisdom and compassion. Lead them to the right treatment and support, and protect her from anything she could use to harm herself. Lord, please bring healing to the pain within her that has become so difficult to bear. Give her strength for the next moment, the next hour, and each day that follows. Restore hope within her heart and help her discover that there can be healing, joy, purpose, and a future beyond what she is experiencing right now. Please comfort and strengthen her mother, family, and friends as they stand beside her and help them know exactly what to do to keep her safe. Thank You Father, for who You are—loving, kind, faithful, merciful and gracious. To You be all praise, glory, and honor. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.

Lord God I pray that you’ll take this young girl into your hands who’s seeking to harm herself. I pray over the way others may have treated her for making her feel that way and that you’ll do with them what You will Lord God. I pray over the darkness that is trying to overcome her and that You’ll fight it with your awesome, magnificent light Lord God. I pray You’ll speak life over this young girl that needs it and that You won’t forsake her Lord God, in Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Amen
