For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit 1. I am praying to our awesome God to release tall the guilty feelings. Even though you may have made mistakes-- you are human. Let go and God. The past is over-- you cannot go back to re-do nor fix things different. Let go and let God. Then, ask for forgiveness from the Lord-- forgiveness is granted as soon as you ask. Then go on with life-- being positive and loving yourself -- you are ok.
