Are you sure you have the flu, or do you think it might be Covid? To treat Covid when it first starts, take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twice daily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. This is a natural treatment that will work against any virus, so it would also be effective against the flu, but you must start it within 72 hours of when symptoms begin.
