Heavenly Father, thank You for the spiritual discipline of fasting and the ways it can draw us closer to You. Help us to seek You with sincere hearts, growing in humility, self-control, wisdom, and dependence on Your strength. Teach us to resist temptation, overcome unhealthy habits, and become more aware of Your presence and guidance in our daily lives. Lord, renew our minds, strengthen our bodies, and bring healing where it is needed. May our times of fasting deepen our faith, sharpen our focus on You, and help us grow in obedience and love. Let every sacrifice made in seeking You bear good fruit for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
