Adictions Psalms 119 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalms 119 The entrance of Your words gives light. The whole world is in darkness and God's Word brings light. Light always overcomes darkness So what ever darkness you are in God's Word is the answer to setting you free. So read God's Word for 30 minutes a day starting in Mathew for one month and the light of God's Word will heal you from your addiction and set you free. Satan uses sin and addictions to entice us to be slaves to sin and it will eventually harm us. Then he can control our lives is a very unholy way. God offers His help and He says Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. 1John 4 Jesus said He will set you free. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8 Addictions are almost always caused by demons influencing our minds So bind all evil spirits out of your life and pray a hedge of protection around yourself and put on God's Armor. Then watch and pray and watch how God will deliver you. Here are some scriptures to help you break your addiction No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10 Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matthew 26 Psalms 107 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them. Phil.4 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. John 8 .So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed God says that if two people agree in prayer He will answer that prayer. He puts it this way Matthew 18 19 Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. I will be praying in agreement with all of your prayers from now on.
