Some natural supplements that will help the heart are Arjuna, which is an Ayurvedic herb, and ubiquinol. You will need to clear that with a health professional though. I don’t know if those things will interact with any other medicines she is on. You can also buy organ heart meat that has been ground up and put inside capsules. The organ meat needs to come from grass fed cows. You can find some suppliers online. One supplier is in New Zealand. The thinking behind this is that if you eat organ meat from a healthy animal, it will heal your own organ. So if she is having heart problems, then she would need to eat heart, but it needs to be from a healthy animal that is grass fed. That is what they do in some other world cultures. If she doesn’t like the taste of heart meat, then there are companies that grind the meat up and put it inside capsules so you can take it like a supplement, just like I said. I have also heard really good things about Arjuna, that Ayurvedic herb I mentioned.
