Protein will really make your hair grow. I think selenium is good for it too. My hair dresser also told me use olive oil on the hair. A couple tablespoons, then sit under a hair dryer for 30 min. It will be like the best hot oil treatment you ever had. Then shampoo it out. You can also use eggs as a natural protein treatment. She also recommends the hair shampoo/conditioner brands 911 and/or Aquage. I'm telling you though that eating a lot of protein in your diet will make your hair grow like wildfire. This is what happened to me, so I speak from personal experience. My hairdresser also said buy a boar bristle hairbrush on Amazon. She says you need the boar bristle brush. Then brush your hair 5-10 min every day, morning and night. This will stimulate your hair to grow because it massages your scalp. She says the blood feeds the hair. Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for peace for Bethan no matter how long her/his hair may be. Please heal Bethan of the underlying cause of the hair breakage and strengthen Bethan to find serenity in and through You no matter the circumstances. In Jesus' name I pray.
