As far as the Covid vaccine goes, I would get the Novavax. It is based on an old technology that has been used for several years, so it is probably the safest. I would not get the Pfizer or Moderna. I am not saying those vaccines are bad, but they are based on newer technology, so we haven't studied what their effects in the human body might be long term. That is why I would get Novavax, if it were me. Johnson and Johnson might be safer than Pfizer or Moderna, but that one is also known to cause some heart problems in certain people, so it might not be for everyone. If you have already had Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J, then if I were you, I would try taking NAC and reduced liposomal glutathione. I would also try drinking some pine needle tea. Someone in naturopathy or holistic health might be able to tell you about this.
