<p>My heart palpitations were helped by an Ayurvedic herb called Arjuna. They were also helped by green tea. Another thing you can do is buy capsules containing ground up beef heart from grass fed cows. Have you tried any of the following? Ayurveda. Traditional Chinese medicine. Naturopathy. Integrative medicine. These four branches of health sure helped me. Some medical doctors (M.D.s) practice integrative medicine. You can find one on IFM.org Good luck. There is a natural Ayurvedic product called Lopres AF that will control blood pressure. I don&#39;t know if you are happy with your drugs or not, but you might want to check it out. Just be sure if you start taking it, that you check with either an Ayurvedic doctor or a naturopath first, because if you combine it with prescription blood pressure medicine, it might drop your blood pressure too low. There is a video on Youtube called Healing a Heart Using a Holistic Approach posted by Allina Health. Watch it. They will tell you how to recover from the effects of a heart attack using functional and integrative medicine. The woman in the video had a heart attack and went to MDs who practice integrative medicine for help. Traditional Western medicine helped her survive the heart attack, but after that, she was not recovering as well she hoped. Functional and integrative medicine made the difference for her. You can find a functional medicine doctor on IFM.org Is it heart failure? They may be able to give you more time or make you more comfortable than traditional western medicine. There have been some studies about that, and you can find them online if you look for them. Or call a Chinese doctor, Ayurvedic doctor, or integrative medicine doctor, and speak with them about it directly. Also, I know this is going to sound crazy, but in some cultures, when people have an organ problem, they eat the same organ from a healthy animal to make their own organ get better. In other words, if you have heart problems, then you need to eat heart from a healthy, grass-fed animal. This comes available as dried powder ground up in capsules, if you can&#39;t stomach eating the actual organ. But the meat has to come from a grass-fed animal because this is what makes the animal healthy. You can find suppliers if you search online. I believe some are in New Zealand. If you consult a Chinese doctor, Ayurvedic doctor, or integrative medicine doctor, make sure to tell them if you are taking a grass-fed heart meat supplement. That will not interact with drugs in Western medicine, but I don&#39;t know about herbs in Chinese or Ayurvedic medicine.
