Joanne0326, I am praying for you. Father pls intervene so the child can have a loving, stable home life. Pls open the parent's heart to release the child with full custody to this family and give her the wisdom and insight to do what is right for the child and stick to this monumental decision. Deliver her from any guilt in releasing the child and encourage her strongly to do so. Also pls save this parent in Jesus' name.
