Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, Through your grace and mercy, please protect the 30 elderly and disabled people including Elle's dear mother. I ask that you open the eyes of the managers so that they will always have a contingency plan if the CNAs don't show up or go on strike. Let them assess their own business practices and treatment of employees as well as the salaries that they pay the CNAs. Please grant management wisdom and guidance. I pray that all will go well for the elderly and the disabled residents. May ElleIowa continue to pray without ceasing for your divine interventions. In Jesus's name, I pray.
