I know this is controversial, but if you check out the Weston Price Foundation, they have some things to say about raw dairy. Apparently there was a holistic dentist who lived a long time ago called Weston Price who believed that people could do a lot more to save their teeth. He wrote an entire dietary program that was meant to reverse and heal tooth decay in Western society. If you see a holistic dentist today, they might know what you are talking about, if you bring up Weston Price's name. Also, oil pulling is a practice found in Ayurveda that might help with tooth decay. Good luck.
