Raina213, I am praying for you. Raina have you prayed about getting married to an unsaved alcoholic? You may reconsider marrying someone until he receives salvation and gets delivered from alcoholism and many emotional issues. God is the rescuer not you. Unlike most marriages, God has given you mercy to see a bad situation before marriage. Lord please intervene for Raina and give her the grace to distance herself from this situation until he is in a good spiritual and emotional frame of mind. This person may not even be the one God has for you. You may commit this person to God and leave him with the Lord. A good prayer is, "Lord if this person is Your choice for me, then please save him and deliver him from alcoholism. If not, then please take these feelings from my heart and send the person You have for me." I ask these things in Jesus' name.
