There is a video on Youtube called Healing a Heart Using a Holistic Approach posted by Allina Health. Watch it. They will tell you how to recover from the effects of a heart attack using functional and integrative medicine. The woman in the video had a heart attack and went to MDs who practice integrative medicine for help. Traditional Western medicine helped her survive the heart attack, but after that, she was not recovering as well she hoped. Functional and integrative medicine made the difference for her.
Dear Heavenly Father, we know we an trust You with everything, but we still get scared when we are in despair. We don’t want to be afraid, but fear takes over and we struggle to believe You are with us for the challenges ahead. Forgive us, Lord, for not fully trusting Your plan. Strengthen us as we learn to trust You more. -- Your Word says that we don’t have to fear bad news. That even in the most difficult times, we can have peace in our hearts knowing You are in control. You created us, and You are able to bring beauty from the hard things I go through. So we are renewing our trust today and choosing Your ways above our own. Help us to walk in steadfast assurance because You are a good Father. Thank You for being the Lord of our lives. In the Name all names. Amen.
