o recover from Covid—If you have only had Covid-19 for 1-3 days, then take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twice daily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. If you have had Covid longer than three days, this will not work. You have to be within a three day window. Quercetin and zinc are natural supplements that would not interact with any other drugs. You could also try to find some ivermectin. You could also try to find an IV clinic in your area that knows how to nebulize hydrogen peroxide, or give it to you IV. An IV clinic might also be able to tell you about ozone therapy to help you recover from exhaustion. I am not saying that any of these things are substitutes for drugs. You should still keep taking any drugs that your doctor has prescribed. They were having success using the antibody treatment of Regeneron to help people with Covid, though there is some controversy about using it now, because some people think it might not be effective with the omicron variant, and it may not be possible to get it anymore anyway. That is something else you can talk about with your doctor. To prevent Covid from occurring again in the future—Take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twicedaily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. It would also be good if you could try to get set up with a doctor who is willing to prescribe hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, or a steroid for the lungs if you do come down with Covid. Hydroxychloroquine does the same thing that quercetin does. Also try to do some general things that build up the immune system, like taking vitamin D, vitamin A, or Vitamin C, or taking other herbal supplements that naturally strengthen the immune system, like elderberry. One thing— Be careful with taking zinc long term; that might cause some side effects. Be sure to discuss it with your doctor. Good luck. As far as the Covid boosters go, I would get the Novavax. It is based on an old technology that has been used for several years, so it is probably the safest. I would not get any more rounds of the Pfizer or Moderna. I am not saying those vaccines are bad, but they are based on newer technology, so we haven't studied what their effects in the human body might be long term. That is why if I needed further boosters, I would get Novavax, if it were me. Johnson and Johnson might be safer than Pfizer or Moderna, but that one is also known to cause some heart problems in certain people, so it might not be for everyone. If you have already had Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J, then if I were you, I would try taking NAC and reduced liposomal glutathione. I would also try drinking some pine needle tea. Someone in naturopathy or holistic health might be able to tell you about this.

BeaglesRule, I am praying with you for BFF's return to health. In the meanwhile hold on to God'd promise to you in James 5:16: " . . . pray for one another s , that you may be healed. The prayer of a rightous person has great power as it is working." -- Sometimes it gets hard when we can’t see what God is doing. It’s that feeling that maybe He has forgotten about us or our loved one(s). Or the sunk feeling in our spirit or the doubting question, “Will it ever happen?” Or the heartfelt cry, “Lord, help me to endure, until you move.” -- The Bible assure us, that He knows exactly where we all are. He knows what we're feeling, thinking, saying, crying, and worrying about. And He cares. But He wants *us* to come to Him and talk to Him about where we are. He already knows how we feel and what we’ve been thinking and saying, but He wants *us* to bring it to Him and keep the relationship and dialogue open. -- Even Jesus talked to God when He was struggling with accepting the process of the cross and dying for us (God’s will for His life) in the Garden of Gethsemane. He also had a moment when He thought His Father forgot about Him. He said these words as He hung on the cross, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”(Matthew 27:46) He thought God had forgotten about Him in His suffering. But He had *not* forgotten about His only begotten Son. He just wasn’t finished the work yet. -- And that’s the same way it is for us and/or our loved one(s). He’s just not finished the work yet. -- Remember, we are the clay and He is the potter. (Isaiah 64:8) God has not forgotten any of us. He’s just still working out the whole plan. And in the end it will be sooooooo worth it all! Jesus is our great example of that! God is faithful to fulfill His promises! Don’t forget, He raised Jesus from the dead and now He LIVES! Hallelujah! -- Hebrews 12:1-2 encourages us, “… And let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us." We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.” -- ENDURE and PRAY ON Sister's and Brothers. In the Name above all other names. Amen.
