Dear heavenly father, help dear God'sgotthis to BE the change she wants to see. There is no way to change others but we can be the example of God's patience and kindness. In the name of Jesus, Amen Dear God'sgotthis, I've been where you are. I know the above prayer will work. I worked in a similar environment and someone gave me this wise counsel. Don't talk about others. If you do, you'll be just like them. Make an effort to say good morning and greet them. I did this to one woman for months before she said a word to me. Over time, I learned that she was a lonely, insecure person and we became cordial. If I had not done this, we probably would have been enemies. But what developed was a mutual respect. It's the harder road to travel. I believe it was George Washington who said, " I don't like that man, I must get to know him better". God's blessings to you!
