Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will allow the group of women who are causing the workplace to become toxic because of their gossip and manipulation to have a spiritual awakening soon. Through your divine interventions, let them be able to see their own sins of gossip and divisiveness as well as the consequences. Also, please open the eyes of management so they can address the issues. In the meantime, may Noweapon keep on praying for them to repent. Perhaps someone who has courage can tell them to read James 3:3-12, which is about taming the tongue. May Noweapon try to forgive them. Sometimes it's difficult. That is what you would want us to do, so that our own sins can be forgiven by you. In Jesus's name, I pray
