Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray for PW and the family; they suddenly lost their dear son and brother. May PW know that you "heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Also, in Psalm 34, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Please give PW inner strength during this time when the sad news is conveyed to the mother. May the family pray together and ask for your guidance, wisdom, and protection. Let all of PW's family draw closer to you and Lord Jesus and develop an intimate, trusting relationship with both of you. As you said, Lord Jesus, ..."Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me" (Revelation 3:20). In Jesus's name, I pray.
