Rich, I don't know if Steven is facing Covid or not. But in case he is, here is some info. To keep from getting Covid Take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily. Take zinc 25mg twice daily. Do not take the zinc with grains, nuts, beans, or seeds. It would also be good if Steven could try to get set up with a doctor who will prescribe hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, or a steroid for his lungs if he does come down with Covid. Also look into IV clinics. They might know how to give ozone therapy or a hydrogen peroxide treatment for Covid. Ask them about that. They will know about it, if that is a service they provide. Also try to do some general things that build up the immune system, like taking vitamin D, vitamin A, or Vitamin C, or taking other herbal supplements that naturally strengthen the immune system, like elderberry. It used to be worth investing the time to find an IV clinic that would give you a monoclonal antibody treatment if you needed it. But I don't know if those are around anymore. If Steven has already gotten Covid-19, but he has only had it for for 1-3 days Take quercetin 500mg three to four times daily Take zinc 25mg twice daily. These are natural supplements that would not interact with any other drugs. You could also try to find some ivermectin. You could also try to find an IV clinic in your area that knows how to nebulize hydrogen peroxide, or give it to Steven IV. An IV clinic might also be able to tell you about ozone therapy that could help Steven recover from exhaustion. All of this needs to be discussed with Steven's doctor. None of these things are substitutes for drugs. Keep taking any drugs that Steven's doctor has prescribed. The best drug was Regeneron, though there is some controversy about using that with the omicron variant, and it may not be possible to get it anymore anyway. That is something for Steven to talk about with his doctor. He might would have qualified for it because he is immunocompromised, but I don't know if they're giving it to people anymore.
