leckle, I pray for your stepdad that he is held in God's hands in peace and comfort and that his family comes together to celebrate his life with love and affection so that the whole family remembers all that is good about him and is grateful for the time they had with him.
Dear Father God and Lord Jesus, I pray that you will comfort Leckle's dear stepdad, Billy, while he is in hospice care. Please give him a sense of inner peace. I also pray that you will strengthen the family, including his son and daughter, during this difficult time. May they continue to pray and increase their faith in you and Lord Jesus. For comfort, they can meditate on Isaiah 12:2, which says, "Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” In Jesus's name, I pray.
